Here at Sweetchic, we love morning weddings! There is something so charming about a wedding “luncheon” that evokes an old-fashioned, European vibe… and that’s exactly what our June couple, Betsy and Jeremy were going for! Once you look at these beautiful photos by Courtney of Salt Creek Photography, you’ll see that Courtney captured that vintage, European feeling to perfection.
Betsy received her graduate degree at the University of Chicago and loved the gorgeous architecture of the campus, so they decided to get married at Bond Chapel and host their luncheon at Ida Noyes. The 3rd floor theater in Ida Noyes was the perfect space for their intimate reception for less than 100 of their closest friends and family.
Betsy’s amazing vintage-inspired dress was from BHLDN.
Betsy & Jeremy had their First Look in the beautiful courtyard of Ida Noyes.
Instead of a bouquet, Betsy wanted to adorn a vintage book with flowers, which she carried down the aisle. Flor del Monte did a beautiful job with the florals!
Uhm, can you believe that Betsy did her OWN HAIR?! I was in awe!!
Stay tuned for the actual wedding photos!!
