Katie & Jeff's Germania Place Wedding - Part 1

I started working with Katie and Jeff about a year and a half before their wedding, but that time seemed to go by in the blink of an eye! Theirs was our last Sweetchic wedding of 2013, and one of my favorite weddings of the year... not simply because it was a beautiful wedding, but because Katie and Jeff are truly beautiful people. I can't think of a sweeter, more thoughtful couple, and it was bittersweet to see our time together come to an end as I sent them back to their hotel at the end of the night! It is wonderful people like them that make me love my job, and continue to do what I do after 6 years!

This wedding brought together some of my very favorite vendors, photographer Dennis Lee, and DJ Chris of Spin Chicago (both who did MY wedding 7 years ago!!), and Grace of Vale of Enna! Besides a wonderful couple, nothing makes me happier than working with a stellar vendor team! Thanks Dennis, for these gorgeous photos that speak for themselves!
