About Newberry Library

The Library sits across from Chicago’s oldest public park, Washington Square Park, which is perfect for outdoor ceremonies. Inside, a gorgeous marble staircase welcomes the guests into the lobby. The event space, Ruggles Hall is paneled in deep rich wood with windows overlooking the park, and unique light fixtures.
