Now where were we... Mara & AJ were married at Rockefeller Chapel, and now we're on to their reception at Hutchinson Commons at the University of Chicago! I am absolutely in love with this room (modeled after the Hall of Christ Church at Oxford University) and would love to do another wedding here in a heartbeat! Check out the amazing high ceilings, wood paneling and wood ceiling, and dramatic chandeliers. It's like stepping back into time... and perfect for the vintage vibe that Mara wanted. Due to the length of the room, long feasting tables really made sense in there. I love Mara's grey and yellow color scheme; it worked perfectly in that space! Studio Starling took tons of detail shots of the beautiful florals created by Exquisite Designs. Mara cried when she walked into the space... 'nuff said!
